Charles “Chuck” Winston Kenner, Jr. (1961 – 2025)

Charles “Chuck” Winston Kenner, Jr. was born on September 28, 1961, in Front Royal, Virginia, to the late Charles Winston Kenner, Sr., and Audrey W. Kenner. He peacefully transitioned on April 17, 2025, at INOVA hospital, Fairfax, Virginia. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 (Visitation 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM, followed by a memorial service, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM) at the Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, 7 Industrial Park Dr. Waldorf, MD 20602. Interment will be private.

Charles “Chuck” Winston Kenner, Jr.

Chuck’s life was a testament to service, joy, and love for family.  As he often said, “Do right, be right, and everything is gonna be alright.”  He will be dearly missed by many but his spirit will live on in our hearts forever.

Chuck leaves behind a loving legacy through his four daughters: Candace Green (Marcus), Jessica Kenner, Shannon Roberts, and Madison Bradley; and five grandchildren: Brandon Green, Kaylee Green, Zachary Green, Savannah Roberts, and Layla Roberts. He is also survived by his sisters: Linda Thomas (Roland), Laverne Kenner, and Joyce Kenner; his brother, Harry Davis; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Winston Kenner, Sr., and Audrey W. Kenner, as well as his brother, Edward Williams.
