Ethel Ritter (1929 – 2026)
Ethel Ritter, 96, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026, at Spring Oaks in Warrenton.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 12, at 2:00 p.m. in Panorama Memorial Gardens with Sammy Campbell officiating.
Mrs. Ritter was born December 7, 1929, in Front Royal, the daughter of the late William Albert and Ida Blanche Fritz Ritter.
She worked for many years at Royal Palace Cleaners in Front Royal and volunteered at the Second Chance Thrift Shop in Front Royal.
Surviving are two sons, Randy Ritter and wife Janet of Elkwood, and Larry Ritter of Waynesboro; two grandchildren, Texas Ritter and Shannon Ritter; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Settle, Tyler Settle, Mike Jenkins, Hunter Jenkins, Michael Jenkins, and Cody Showers.
Memorial donations may be made, in lieu of flowers, to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 West Cork Street, Winchester, Virginia 22601.
