At the Warren County Board of Supervisors meeting on April 9, 2019, County Administrator Doug Stanley before the public hearing made his budget overview presentation to the Board.

Presented to a packed house of 200+ and 50+ speakers in line to voice their concerns to the Board, Doug Stanley started – everyone trying to speak above the audience chatter.
