Helen “Ann” Jenkins (1935 – 2026)

Helen “Ann” Jenkins, 90, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Lynn Care Center.

Mrs. Jenkins was born on November 3, 1935, in Fauquier County, Virginia, to the late Gallie Wilbur Chadwell and Viola Virginia Figgins Fletcher.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gene D. Jenkins; two sisters, Alice Williams and Mary Sealock; and three brothers, Gallie “Tootty” Chadwell, Richard Chadwell, and Jimmy Fletcher.  She attended Front Royal Church of the Nazarene and worked as a waitress for many years at the Mill Restaurant.

Survivors include her son, Dennis Jenkins; two daughters, Donna K. Aquado and Debbie Barrick; two brothers, Edward Fletcher and Robert Fletcher; two sisters, Betty Riley and Eleanor Spiker; seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
