Jeanie Yvonne Young Mullins, 78, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on November 19, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center.

Jeanie Mullins
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Jeanie was born on May 14, 1947, in Washington, D.C., to the late Ralph Carrie and Clara Virginia Halsey Young. She was also preceded in death by her sister, B. Carol Webster, and her brothers, Ronnie W. Young and Joe C. Young.
Surviving Jeanie is her loving husband of 58 years, James Donald Mullins; her daughters, Lori Cox (Jeffrey) and Melanie Beachy; her sister, Debra K. Young of Front Royal; her grandchildren, McKinley Cox, Samuel Cox, Cassandra Delgado (Luis), Caleb Beachy, and Noelle Beachy; and her great- grandchildren, Catalina Delgado, and Mila Delgado.
Jeanie was a member of Colchester Free Will Baptist Church from 1965 until 2001, when she moved to Front Royal. She then became a member of Dynamic Life Praise and Worship Center. She was very devoted to her faith. Jeanie graduated from the first-ever class of Stonewall Jackson High School in Manassas, Virginia.
Jeanie was a skilled crafter and painter. She thoroughly enjoyed camping and fishing with her family and friends, and was her husband’s lifelong fishing partner. She would always ask him to take the fish off her line. She also loved the beach and loved visiting the Outer Banks with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She was devoted to her family and was their biggest cheerleader. You would find her at every event supporting them. She was always happy to help, always giving more than she ever asked for in return. She and her beloved husband hosted their annual family reunion for 20 years, welcoming everyone into their home.
Jeanie’s life was full of humility, love, generosity, and faith. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy lives on in the family she so dearly loved.
