Marcelene Fay “Marci” Pinion, 67, of Front Royal, VA, passed away on July 18, 2026.

Marcelene Fay “Marci” Pinion

Marci was born on December 18, 1958, in Clarksburg, WV, to her late parents, Robert and Norma Garrett. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael A. “Tony” Pinion, and her brother, William A. “Bill” Garrett.

Marci had a way of making life fun. She loved spending time on the water, tackling a new project, and, most of all, making memories with the people she loved. She was happiest when surrounded by family and friends and always enjoyed the simple things in life.

Surviving Marci are her children, Michelle Collins and husband Jerry, of Front Royal; Melissa Robey and husband Gary, of White Post; and Michael Pinion and partner Amber, of Lake Frederick; her grandsons, Kaleb, Ryan, and Evan; her great-grandson, Brantley; her beloved dog, Maggie; and many extended family members and friends who may as well have been family.

A private celebration of life will be held in lieu of a funeral.
