Marion Elizabeth “Rachael” Jett (1960 – 2025)

Marion Elizabeth “Rachael” Jett, 64, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 3 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal, with the Rev. David Clanagan officiating.

Mrs. Jett was born on May 26, 1960, in Warren County, Virginia, to the late Jackson and Margaret Hunter Freeman.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Jett; three brothers, Steven Freeman, Glenn Freeman, and Charles Freeman; and three sisters, Denise Freeman, Ann Freeman, and Irene Haley.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Washington, Virginia.

Survivors include her two sons, Randall Freeman of Front Royal and Jermaine Jett of Georgia; daughter Stacy Freeman of Front Royal; sister Teresa Fletcher of Front Royal; fifteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on January 30, 2025, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
