The Warren County Sheriff’s Office issued the following today, March 27, 2019:

Sheriff McEathron advised that he was served with a lawsuit from the EDA yesterday.

“I am in shock of the allegations and want the public to know I have done nothing illegal, either personally or professionally. Those that know me know who I am and what I stand for and that I would never do anything to compromise my position. Keep my family and my office in your prayers as I work my way through this.”
