All Star Legacy of Front Royal’s senior team sweeps competition in Ohio! Go Freedom!

All Star Legacy’s Senior Co-ed squad Freedom wins at the Ameri Cheer 2018 Buckeye Scarlet & Grey Open National All Star cheerleading competition.  Freedom has been working so hard week after week at local Front Royal cheer gym, All Star Legacy.  You might remember hearing about these athletes during the hurricane tragedies in 2017.  All Star Legacy stepped up to the plate and sent 2 trucks filled with supplies to Texas in an attempt to help with emergency relief efforts.  Now, they are in need of some fundraising efforts of their own.

Freedom won National Open championship, WOW Choreography Award, Open Divisional Champions, Open National Grand Champions, the honored recipient international “In” bid to Walt Disney World in Florida, and full paid bid to The Title in Atlanta later in May.  In order to hold their positions, each team member will need to raise at least $800 each.  If you are a company interested in sponsorship or an individual, please contact Coach Rogers at rogersdd3@gmail.com.

Meet the Freedom squad: Hanna Horsman, Trinity Holben, Olivia Phelan, MacKenzie Smedley, Riley Kraus, Kaly Newhouse, Aurora Rinehart, Zoey Chaffin, Mariah Barber, Kylynn Whitt, Cheyene Broadbent, Michael Sauer, Bridgette Culey and Shawnee Chaffin.  Coaches: Donna Rogers, Trish Hart and Heather Brown.

Personal Note: I can speak from experience, these athletes are amazing.  I have been filming their journey for about 3 months now.  Clips of the team and moments along the way will be launched soon for the community to get to know the members of Freedom.  They have welcomed me into the gym and made me feel like family as I have watched their determination, positive attitudes and dedication!  It is an honor, to share with Front Royal some of their stories on the Royal Examiner. – Jen Avery, Jenspiration, LLC.

Thanks so much for spreading the word for “FREEDOM” no one knows or could imagine the time these ladies put in at the gym . If myself not being a cheer dad i wouldn’t believe it . I can honestly say if i see my daughter Trinity 10 hours out of the week Sunday through Thursday I’m lucky . If anyone/company is kind enough to help these ladies with anything i myself is thanking you ahead of time , again thanks for sharing the great word in our awesome town
