Talk of the Town: Sgt. Jason Winner talks self-defense

Sgt. Jason Winner, of the Front Royal Police Department, is teaching a women’s self-defense course on Sunday, Jan. 29.  He talked with Norma Jean Shaw about the class and also offered some personal safety tips for everyone.
