Tony Russell Shepherd Sr. (1968 – 2024)
Tony Russell Shepherd Sr., 56, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on October 29, 2024, at SOVAH Health in Martinsville, Virginia.

A memorial service will be held for Tony at 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 W Main St, Front Royal, with Sammy Campbell officiating. The family invites guests to visit one hour before the service.
Tony was born in Front Royal, Virginia, to the late Lynn Richardson and Virgie Mae Owens Shepherd. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Ricky Shepherd and Timothy Morris, and his sister, Lisa Fincham Shepherd.
Tony is survived by his loving wife, Terri L. Shepherd; two daughters, Melanie Burmingham and Angel Shepherd; son, Tony Shepherd Jr.; sister, Joy Shumate; brother, Albert John Shepherd; grandchildren, Makayla Duvall, Alyssa Burmingham, Kayden Shepherd, Teagan Shepherd, Landon Shepherd, and Carter Cave; his favorite niece, Tonya McKenzie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In his spare time, Tony enjoyed working on vehicles until he became ill, at which point he started working on model cars.
Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family’s services c/o Maddox Funeral Home, Inc.
