Warren County residents have some exciting community events to look forward to, starting with the One-Stop Resource Center on September 4th. This quarterly event, held from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Warren County Community Center on Villa Avenue, brings together nearly 40 organizations offering a wide range of services. There’s something for everyone, from veteran services and senior care to the Humane Society. If you’re looking to volunteer or need assistance, this is a perfect opportunity to connect with local resources.

On September 18th, seniors can attend the annual Senior Expo hosted by the SALT Triad (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together). The event will be at the Moose Lodge on John Marshall Highway from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Attendees can enjoy lunch, door prizes, and presentations on fire safety, legal services, and fraud prevention. Vendors will also be on hand to provide information on services available to seniors.

Finally, mark your calendars for the Jack O’ Lantern Jubilee on October 24th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. This fun-filled event, held at the track on 15th Street, offers games, activities, and plenty of candy for the kids. The Jubilee is a partnership between the Department of Social Services and Warren County Parks and Recreation, ensuring a memorable evening for families.

These events highlight Warren County’s community spirit, offering support and fun for all ages. Whether you’re looking for resources, volunteer opportunities, or just a good time, these upcoming events have something for everyone.
