On or about July 29, 2023, in the County of Warren, Tyrone Thomas Starks did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly, and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. CHRISTOPHER HALL

On or about August 3, 2023, in the County of Warren, Christopher Ryan Hall did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly, and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. MELVIN CHAPPELL

On or about September 4, 2023, in the County of Warren, Melvin Clark Chappell, Jr., did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly, and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. SAMANTHA ELAINE NUCKOLS

On or about January 8, 2024, in the County of Warren, Samantha Elaine Nuckols did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly, and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. RONALD MACHUCA REQUENO

On or about November 17, 2023, in the County of Warren, Ronald Edwin Machuca Requeno did unlawfully and feloniously enter in the nighttime or did break and enter or enter and conceal himself in the shop, office, storehouse, warehouse, banking house, church, or other house belonging to Food Truck/Trailer, with the intent to commit larceny, assault and battery, or a felony other than murder, rape, robbery or arson, in violation of §18.2-91 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. On or about November 24, 2023, in the County of Warren, Ronald Edwin Machuca Requeno did unlawfully and feloniously enter in the nighttime or did break and enter or enter and conceal himself in the shop, office, storehouse, warehouse, banking house, church, or other house belonging to Weichert Realtors, with the intent to commit larceny, assault and battery, or a felony other than murder, rape, robbery or arson, in violation of §18.2-91 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. On or about November 25, 2023, in the County of Warren, Ronald Edwin Machuca Requeno did unlawfully and feloniously enter in the nighttime or did break and enter or enter and conceal himself in the shop, office, storehouse, warehouse, banking house, church, or other house belonging to H. On or about September 18, 2023, in the County of Warren, Andrew Davis did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. RICKY HOLLIDAY

On or about November 16, 2023, through November 17, 2023, in the County of Warren, Ricky Lee Wayne Holliday did unlawfully and feloniously did impede the blood circulation or respiration of Samantha Nuckols without such person’s consent by knowingly, intentionally, and unlawfully applying pressure to the neck of such person resulting in wounding or bodily injury, in violation of § 18.2-51.6 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. On or about November 16, 2023, through November 17, 2023, in the County of Warren, Ricky Lee Wayne Holliday did unlawfully and feloniously by force, threat, intimidation, or deception and without legal justification or excuse, seize, take, transport, detain, or secrete the person of Samantha Nuckols, with the intent to deprive her of her personal liberty, in violation of § 18.2-47 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. NANCY LYNN BOWEN

On or about January 12, 2024, in the County of Warren, Nancy Lynn Bowen did unlawfully and feloniously attempt to steal property, having a value of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or more, belonging to Target, in violation of Section 18.2-95 and 18.2-26 of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended. JOHN MELVIN

On or about January 13, 2024, in the County of Warren, John Lewis Melvin did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. JOHN JOHNSON

On or about November 10, 2023, in the County of Warren, John Frederick Johnson, III, unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule 1 or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. On or about November 10, 2023, in the County of Warren, John Frederick Johnson, III, unlawfully and feloniously drove on a public highway a motor vehicle or self-propelled machinery while his license, permit, or privilege to drive had been suspended or revoked, in violation of §46.2-301 of the Code of Virginia. DOUGLAS MAREK

On or about December 9, 2023, in the County of Warren, Douglas Edward Marek did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly, and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. RYAN FOWLER

On or about September 6, 2023, in the County of Warren, Ryan Anthony Lee Fowler did unlawfully and feloniously, while being a person 18 years of age or older, use a communications system or another electronic means for the purposes of soliciting, with lascivious intent, a person the accused knew or had reason to believe was a child less than 15 years of age to expose his sexual or genital parts to a child to whom he was not legally married or propose that the child expose he sexual or genital parts to the accused. The accused is seven or more years older than the child the
accused knew or had reason to believe was a child less than 15 years of age who was the subject of the solicitation, in violation of Section 18.2-374.3 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

On or about September 6, 2023, in the County of Warren, Ryan Anthony Lee Fowler did unlawfully and feloniously, while being a person at eighteen years of age or older, use a communications system or another electronic means for the purposes of soliciting, with lascivious intent, a person the accused knew or had reason to believe was a child less than fifteen years of age to knowingly and intentionally expose his sexual or genital parts to a child to whom he was not legally married or propose that the child expose her sexual or genital parts to the accused. The accused is seven or more years older than the child the accused knew or had reason to believe was a child less than fifteen years of age who was the subject of the solicitation. The accused has previously committed one or more violations of subsection C of Section 18.2-374.3, in violation of Section 18.2-374.3(C) of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended. VCC: OBS-37Q3-F9

DAVID MITCHELL

On or about December 8, 2023, in the County of Warren, David Keith Mitchell did unlawfully and feloniously, as a person convicted of a Tier III offense or murder as defined in Section 9.1-902, knowingly fail to register, reregister, or verify registration information, or knowingly provide false information to the Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry. The accused previously committed an offense under Subsection B of 18.2-472.1 in violation of Section 18.2-472.1 of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended. VCC: SOR-366Q-F5

ALVARENG LORENZANA

On or about October 27, 2023 in the County of Warren, Aivareng Nuan Lorenzana did unlawfully and feloniously drive or operate a motor vehicle while having a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or more by weight by volume or 0.08 grams or more per 210 liters of breath; or while under the influence of alcohol; or while under the influence of a narcotic drug or other self-administered intoxicant or drug, or a combination of drugs, to a degree which impaired the accused’s ability to drive or operate a motor vehicle safely, or while under the combined influence of alcohol and a drug or drugs to a degree which impaired the accused’s ability to drive or operate a motor vehicle safely. The accused committed this offense after having committed two prior violations of §18.2-266 or an offense set forth in subsection E of §18.2-270, in violation of Section 8.2-266 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. KRISTA DIANNE BURGESS

On or about August 2, 2023, in the County of Warren, Krista Diane Burgess did unlawfully and feloniously break and enter, in the nighttime, the dwelling of David Downes, with the intent to commit a felony or larceny therein, in violation of §18.2-89 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.. On or about October 2, 2023, in the County of Warren, Krista Diane Burgess did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly, and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. ROBIN FISHER

On or about October 23, 2023, in the County of Warren, Robin Marie Fisher did unlawfully and feloniously commit an assault or an assault and battery against Officer Gallagher, knowing or having reason to know that such person was a law enforcement officer as defined in subsection G the Code of 18.2-57 of Virginia, engaged in the performance of his public duties, in violation of §18.2-57 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. BRIANA WEAVER

On or about December 1, 2023, in the County of Warren, Briana Desiree Nicole Weaver did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly, and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. On or about January 4, 2024, in the County of Warren, Briana Desiree Nicole Weaver did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly, and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. CHRISTOPHER JOHN DEWITT

On or about November 21, 2023, in the County of Warren, Christopher John Dewitt did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly and intentionally possess or transport a firearm after having been convicted of a felony more than ten (10) years ago, in violation of §18.2-308.2 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. On or about February 17, 2023 in the County of Warren, Brian Lee Smith did unlawfully and feloniously obtain from Taylor Bauer an advance of money, merchandise, or other thing having a value of $1,000.00 or more, with fraudulent intent, upon a promise to perform construction, removal, repair or improvement of any building or structure permanently annexed to real property, and failed or refused to perform such promise, and also failed to substantially make good such advance, in violation of §18.2-200.1 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. On or about November 24, 2023 in the County of Warren, Christopher Lee Ferguson did unlawfully and feloniously commit an assault (or an assault and battery) against Olivia Meadows, knowing or having reason to know that such person was a law enforcement officer as defined in §53.1-1 of the Code of Virginia, engaged in the performance of her public duties, in violation of §18.2-57(C) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended VCC: ASL-1342-F6

On or about November 24, 2023, in the County of Warren, Christopher Lee Ferguson did unlawfully and feloniously impede the blood circulation or respiration of Darian Powell without such person’s consent by knowingly, intentionally, and unlawfully applying pressure to the neck of such person resulting in wounding or bodily injury, in violation of § 18.2-51.6 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. On or about September 29, 2023, in the County of Warren, Michael Jon Anderson did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule 1 or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. MARQUILIS BOYD

On or about August 7, 2023, in the County of Warren, Marquilis T’Daire Boyd did unlawfully and feloniously, having received a visible or audible signal from a law-enforcement officer to bring his motor vehicle to a stop, drive such motor vehicle in a willful or wanton disregard of such signal so as to interfere with or endanger the operation of the law-enforcement vehicle or endanger a person, in violation of §46.2-817 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. On or about August 7, 2023, in the County of Warren, Marquilis T’Daire Boyd did unlawfully and feloniously while having been the driver of a vehicle involved in an accident in which a person was injured or an attended vehicle or other attended property was damaged, did unlawfully and feloniously fail to immediately stop as close to the scene of the accident as possible without obstructing traffic and fail to report the accused’s name, address, driver’s license number, and vehicle registration number forthwith to the State Police or local law enforcement agency, to the person struck and injured or to the driver or some other occupant of the vehicle collided with or to the custodian of the other damaged property. The accident resulted in damage to property valued at $1,000.00 or more, in violation of Section 46.2-894 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. VCC: HIT-6604-F5

On or about August 7, 2023, in the County of Warren, Marquilis T’Daire Boyd did unlawfully and feloniously commit an assault or an assault and battery against Trooper Stonebraker, knowing or having reason to know that such person was a law enforcement officer as defined in §53.1-1 of the Code of Virginia, engaged in the performance of his public duties, in violation of §18.2-57(C) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. On or about August 7, 2023, in the County of Warren, Marquilis T’Daire Boyd did unlawfully and feloniously attempt, by means of partial strangulation, suffocation, striking or beating, violence to the person, assault or otherwise putting in fear of serious bodily harm, or by the threat or presenting of firearms or other deadly weapon or instrumentality, to seize or seize control of a motor vehicle, from Theresa Atherton with intent to temporarily or permanently deprive her of possession or control of the vehicle, in violation of Sections 18.2-58.1; 18.2-26 of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended. LAUREN CLOSE

On or about June 2022 in the County of Warren, Lauren Ashley Close did unlawfully and feloniously utter, or attempt to employ as true a false, forged or base coin, note or bill, knowing it to be false, forged or base, in violation of Section 18.2-170 of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended. On or about June 3, 2022, in the County of Warren, Lauren Ashley Close did unlawfully and feloniously obtain by false pretense or token, from Atlantic Union Bank, and with the intent to defraud, money, a gift certificate, or other property that may be the subject of larceny, in violation of section 18.2-178, of the Code of Virginia 1950, as amended. AMY WEBB

On or about February 15, 2023, in the County of Warren, Amy Michelle Webb did unlawfully and feloniously, knowingly and intentionally possess a controlled substance listed in Schedule I or Schedule II of the Drug Control Act, in violation of §18.2-250 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. ANTWAINETTE WASHINGTON

On or about December 4, 2023, in the County of Warren, Antwainette Shanelle Washington did unlawfully feloniously and maliciously wound or by any means cause bodily injury to A.W., with the intent to maim, disfigure, disable, or kill, in violation of §18.2-51 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended. DAVID HARTING

On or about the 18th day of September 2019, in the County of Warren, Dean Frederick Harting did unlawfully and feloniously sell, give, distribute, or possess with the intent to sell, give, or distribute 5 lbs. or more of Marijuana to another, in violation of Section 18.2-248.1 (a,3) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
