Charles Michael “Rusty” “Chuck” Fischbein (1944 – 2026)

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Mr. Fischbein was born on October 17, 1944, in New York, New York, to the late William and Sadie Schectman Fischbein.  He was formerly a Capitol Hill reporter in Washington, DC.

Survivors include his spouse, Karen Massie-Fischbein; three sons, William Fischbein (Kathy), Jason Fischbein, and David “Fisk” Fischbein (Kim); two daughters, Madra Lambert and Heather Roland (Matthew); and eleven grandchildren, William, Nathan, Hannah, Hunter, Jamie, Alle, Amethyst, Willow, Olivia, Isaac, and Levi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to your local school music program.
