Charlotte L. O’Roark (1952 – 2024)

Charlotte L. O’Roark passed away on July 4, 2024.

Charlotte was born on June 8, 1952, the daughter of the late Albert Clyde Lambert Sr., Virginia Mauck Lambert Cullers, and Charles S. Cullers.

She is survived by her husband, Robert L. O’Roark, III, whom she married on April 24, 1976; a brother, Albert Clyde Lambert Jr., with his wife Debbie and their sons, Matthew Lambert and Christopher Lambert, with his wife Kimberly and his step-daughter, Laynee Lamb; a sister, Carol L. Tobin, her children, Cheryl Creamer with her husband Benny and Thomas D. Tobin, II; and Cheryl’s daughters, Allison Ward and Addison Ward.

A brief memorial service will be held on July 10 at 2 p.m. at The Church of the Brethren, 106 W 13^th Street, Front Royal, VA, with pastors Diann and Bobby Whetzel officiating. Her burial will be private.
