Paul Chapman (1933 – 2025)

Paul Chapman, 91, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away at home on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 15, at 11:00 a.m. in Prospect Hill Cemetery, with Sammy Campbell officiating.

Mr. Chapman was born May 24, 1933, in New York City, New York, the son of the late Rubin and Alice Collity Chapman.

He was a U.S. Army veteran who served as a helicopter crew chief during the Korean War. Mr. Chapman retired after 34 years with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

He was married to the late Carole Jean Hiers Chapman.

Surviving are two daughters, Melissa Chapman and husband Edward Turner of Front Royal and Amy Baird of Front Royal, and two grandsons, Paul Clayton Chapman-Turner and Ethan Frederick Baird, both of Front Royal.
