Ralph William George (1960 – 2025)

Ralph William George, 65, of Strasburg, Virginia, passed away on February 17, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 1 p.m. at Calvary Episcopal Church in Front Royal, with Rev. Valarie Hayes officiating. Inurnment will take place in the church’s Memorial Garden.

Ralph was born February 7, 1960, in Easton, Maryland, the son of the late Sidney C. George and MaryEllen Russum George.

Ralph was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church, a member of the Men’s Club of the church, and a scout leader with Boy Scouts Troop 196 in Easton, Maryland.

Ralph enjoyed bowling, camping, hunting, and fishing.

Surviving are two sisters, Rebecca Sponaugle of Middletown and Sally Ann Horner of Charles Town, West Virginia.
