Thank God and Greyhound, She’s Gone
The light shines brighter.
I was a little young to strike out on my own and attend the Woodstock music festival in 1969. I could not attend the festival 30 years later because I was more concerned with paying off a mortgage.
I do love rock’n’roll and the songs of the 70s and the 80s.
The Rolling Stones, CCR, Janis Joplin, the Grateful Dead, and the Eagles, along with many others.
Sometimes when I’m out in my shop trying to unwind after a hard day’s work, I will tune in some country and western—one of my favorites, a song by Roy Clark.
THANK GOD AND GREYHOUND YOU’RE GONE
