Linda Marie Shuckhart (1952 – 2025)

Linda Marie Shuckhart, 72, of Strasburg, Virginia, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025, at her home.

Ms. Shuckhart was born on October 21, 1952, in Confluence, Pennsylvania, to the late Daniel Glenn Smith and the late Glenna Glisan Jones.  She was also preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Glenn Smith Jr., and grandson, Glenn Franklin Yoney Jr.  She was a member of the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania.  Her hobbies included diamond painting and puzzles.  She was a cat lover.

Survivors include her son, Glenn Franklin Yoney; three sisters, Karen E. Glisan, Peggy L. Higgs (Michael), and Darlene L. Morock; granddaughter, Attia Lynn Yoney; grandson, Robert Earl Yoney; great-grandson, Elijah Michael Hall; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat, Angel.
