WCGLLS Player of the Week Karsyn Shipe

Karsyn Shipe is the WCGLLS Player of the Week! Miss Shipe is the leader of the team on the Pumas. Coach David says her positive attitude shines through, beginning with warm-up exercises to the end of each practice and game. Her knowledge of the game shows in a number of areas, especially when playing defense, where she encourages her teammates regrading the appropriate play and cheers them on during the games.

Karsyn’s coach and manager say she maintains her focus in the later innings and sets the example by cleanly fielding the ball and making accurate throws. Karysn is the daughter of Nikki Shipe.
