American Legion Community Band to Host Fall Benefit Concert for Emergency Fund

The American Legion Community Band is set to present its annual Fall Benefit Concert on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. in Boggs Chapel at Randolph-Macon Academy (R-MA). This special evening will bring beautiful music to the community while supporting a worthy cause—the American Legion National Emergency Fund.

Admission to the concert is free, allowing everyone in the community to come and enjoy the performance, but donations will be collected to benefit the American Legion’s National Emergency Fund. This fund provides essential support to veterans and their families in times of crisis, helping to cover unexpected costs due to natural disasters or other emergencies.

The American Legion Community Band, composed of dedicated local musicians, has long been a staple in Front Royal. Its concerts celebrate patriotism and unity and bring the community together. This fall, the band will fill the historic Boggs Chapel with uplifting music that embodies the spirit of the season and the resilience of the community.
