Arrest of Howard Jones for Sexual Battery

howard-jones On November 17, 2016, the Front Royal Police Department was contacted by the Tobacco Outlet in reference to an assault by a customer. The complainant advised that on the previous day a male subject inappropriately touched a female employee twice within a matter of moments.

The suspect was positively identified as Howard Clayton Jones of Flint Hill, VA after further investigation into the incident. Jones was charged and subsequently arrested for a Class 1 Misdemeanor Sexual Battery.
