Debra Kay Ball (1958 – 2024)

Debra Kay Ball, 65, of Front Royal, VA, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA.

Debra was born in Maryland on May 18, 1958, the daughter of the late George F. and Lois Ruleman Woods. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Steve Woods, in Woodsboro, Maryland, and her sister, Pam Whetzel, in Crestview, Florida.

Debra enjoyed spending time with family and friends and face timing with her grandchildren.

Debra is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Ball of Front Royal, VA; brother, Mike Woods of Savannah, GA; two daughters, Kutrina Midkiff of Strasburg, VA, and Lisa Puckett of Nancy, KY; and son, Douglas Midkiff of Woodbine, MD. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on May 18, 2024, at a location to be determined. An additional announcement from the family will be made prior to that time.
