Mrs. Titus was born to the late John Robert and Margaret Harwood Shipe on March 8, 1936, in Jefferson, Maryland. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George G. Titus; daughter, Roberta Runyon; two sisters, Marylee Knisley and Edna Josephine Ogg; and brother, Douglas Shipe.
Survivors include her son, George Titus; daughter, Mary Titus; sister, Virginia Ann Cohagan; two grandsons, Richard Runyon Jr. and Brett Allen Miller; and great-granddaughter, Aurora Titus Runyon.
