Jeannette M. Hyland (1944 – 2026)

Jeannette M. Hyland, 81, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Blue Ridge Care Inpatient Center in Winchester.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 4, at 2:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home with Sammy Campbell officiating. Inurnment will be private.

Jeannette was born July 15, 1944, in New York, the daughter of the late John Arthur and Emma Barnes McLaughlin.

She retired after many years in the financial industry.

Surviving are a daughter, Kelly Davis of Front Royal; two sons, Allan Taylor of Front Royal and Jim Taylor of Kansas; one brother, John McLaughlin of Manassas; one sister, Joan Custer of Florida; four grandsons, Jonathan, Zachary, Mason, and Cameron; one granddaughter, Madison; and one great-granddaughter, Ryland.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Mike McLaughlin.
