Margaret Ann Thompson Boies (1936 – 2024)

Margaret Ann Thompson Boies, 87, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, February 26, 2024.

Margaret was born on May 29, 1936, in Rappahannock County, Virginia, the daughter of Raymond W. and Bertha Chadwell Thompson.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard D. Boies.

Surviving are her four sons, Denny Boies (Beth), Michael Boies (Donna), Willie Boies, and Tony Boies (Jennifer).  Also surviving are numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Margaret took great pride in her lovely home, was a wonderful cook, and always had an abundance of beautiful flowers.  A graveside service will be on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at 3 p.m. at Panorama Memorial Gardens, 4917 Strasburg Road, Strasburg, Virginia.
