Mindful Monday: Music to set the tone

Published

on

Are you new at meditation? Playing a little background music for beginners can really help set the tone of the environment. There are often loud sounds and interruptions all around us. Plan on getting to know both Joanna and Sunday a little better in upcoming Mindful Monday features!
