Ronald Lee Lewis Sr (1948 – 2025)

Ronald Lee Lewis Sr, 77, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the home of his daughter in White Post, Virginia.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 4, at 11:00 a.m. at Maddox Funeral Home with Sammy Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in Panorama Memorial Gardens at Waterlick.

Mr. Lewis was born April 5, 1948, in Tazwell County, Virginia, the son of the late Herbert Denny Lewis and Eula White Lewis.

He retired after many dedicated years from Willim A. Hazel.

He is now joined with his father, Herbert, and his mom, Eula, both of whom he loved dearly.

Surviving are three sons, Marcus Lee Lewis and Ronald Lee Lewis Jr., both of Front Royal and David Lee Cook (Lindsay) of Linden; four daughters, Terry Lee Ritter (Steve) of White Post, Marie Lee Franz (Jonathan) of Strasburg, Farrah Lee Salyers (Donny) of Front Royal and Jamie Lee Greenwalt (George) of Front Royal; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ronald Lee Lewis Jr., David Lee Cook, Jeremy Monn, Dennis Salyers, Terry Lee Ritter, and Megan Pearson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Ritter and Jonathan Franz Sr.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 4, from 10-11 a.m.at the funeral home.
