A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2024, from 3-6 p.m. at Rockland Community Church, 2921 Rockland Road, Front Royal. Burial will be private.
Sammy was born to Zachary and Alison Chase Propps on November 10, 2019, in Alexandria, Virginia.
Surviving along with his parents are two brothers, Elisha and Arthur Propps, and three sisters, Autumn, Brooke, and Daphne Propps.
