Skyline High School Creative Writing teacher Rich Follett knows a thing or two about the arts. He also knows how to keep his students engaged, interested, and eager to create.

A talented performer, who has entertained legions of fans with his singing, writing and musical talents, Follette recently invited friend Donna Migliaccio, a Washington, DC-based actress and author, to visit the classroom and share some of her life experience with the students.

Migliaccio, primarily a musical theatre performer, has appeared on stages on Broadway as well as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and Olney Theater, to name a few.

Moreover, she is an accomplished writer, having published The Gemeta Stone epic fantasy series. KINGLET, FISKUR, STONEKING and RAGIS.

Follett says the students were mesmerized by Ms. Migliaccio’s visit.
