Warren Coalition to Hold Memorial and Garden Dedication This Saturday

Published

on

This Saturday, May 17, the Warren Coalition invites community members to come together in remembrance and healing at a Memorial and Garden Dedication Ceremony at The Landing, located at 200 N. Royal Avenue in Front Royal. The event will begin at 3:00 p.m.

The ceremony is a chance to honor loved ones lost to addiction and create a space for reflection and connection. As part of the event, the Coalition will dedicate a newly planted tree and a small garden, featuring personalized river rocks placed by attendees in memory of those they have lost.

Community members are welcome to attend, and no reservations are required. All materials will be provided, including paint and river rocks. Guests will have the opportunity to paint a rock with a name, message, or tribute, which will then be added to the garden as a lasting symbol of remembrance.

“This is about more than grief—it’s about honoring lives and creating a peaceful space for our community to remember together,” said organizers from the Warren Coalition.

The event is open to all, and families are encouraged to participate. Whether painting a rock or simply attending in quiet support, anyone affected by the loss of a loved one is welcome to take part.
