Warren County Celebrates First Customer Connection Through All Points Broadband Expansion

Warren County is pleased to announce a significant milestone in the ongoing effort to expand broadband access throughout the community: the first Warren County customer has officially been connected and is now receiving active internet service through All Points Broadband.

This first successful installation marks an important transition from infrastructure construction to active customer connections. After extensive planning, permitting, coordination, and construction, the investment in expanding reliable high-speed internet to underserved areas of Warren County is beginning to directly reach residents.

“This is an exciting milestone for Warren County,” said Cheryl Cullers, Board Chair. “Expanding reliable broadband access has been a priority for the County, and connecting our first customer demonstrates tangible progress toward bringing this essential service to more of our residents.”

The project is part of a larger regional effort led by All Points Broadband, in partnership with Warren County and other public and private partners, to extend fiber broadband infrastructure to locations that have historically lacked access to reliable high-speed internet. Service availability will continue to expand progressively as construction is completed and additional portions of the network are activated.

Reliable broadband supports remote work, education, telehealth, economic development, emergency communications, and everyday connectivity. While the first connection is an important achievement, work remains underway throughout the County to complete the project and connect additional eligible households.

As broadband construction continues, residents who experience property damage or other concerns related to broadband construction activities may report them to the Warren County Administration Office. To provide a centralized point of contact and ensure concerns are directed to the appropriate provider or contractor, residents should contact:
