Warren County Election Staff Earn Federal Election Administration Certification

Matthew Reisinger, General Registrar, Dale Williams, Chief Deputy Registrar, and Lydia Jaques, Deputy Registrar of the Warren County Office of Elections & Voter Registration, have earned the U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s (EAC) Certificate of Federal Professional Training, a national credential for election professionals dedicated to expanding their knowledge, skills, and expertise.

That achievement reflects a deep commitment to professional growth and continuous learning, a standard shared by election professionals nationwide.

Warren County Election Staff Earns Federal Election Administration Certification

The EAC’s certification program offers professional development for election administrators across the country. The curriculum spans foundational and advanced topics, including election law, accessibility, office administration, communications, voting systems and technology, and poll worker training. Candidates must complete 30 training credits to qualify. Learn more at eac.gov/learninglab.

“Our responsibility is to conduct elections that are accurate, secure, and accessible. Continuing education is an important part of that responsibility, and this certification reflects our commitment to staying informed and prepared to serve our voters,” said Matthew Reisinger, General Registrar.

The Warren County Office of Elections & Voter Registration remains committed to conducting elections with accuracy, integrity, transparency, and professionalism.
