Warren County youth cheerleading registration

MIDGET FOOTBALL CHEERLEADING REGISTRATION:

  • Tuesday, May 9th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
  • Thursday, May 11th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
  • Tuesday, May 16th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm
  • Thursday, May 18th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm

All dates at the Fantasyland Shelter (across from Wendy’s)

  • Midget Football Cheerleader Age/Residence Requirements:
  • Cheerleaders must be 8 years old before September 30 of the current year and WILL NOT attain the age of 13 years old before September 30 of the current year.  Cheerleaders must reside in Warren County or attend Warren County Schools.

Cheerleaders are fitted for uniforms approximately 2 weeks after final registration date. Practices start immediately following the July 4th Holiday. Each squad practices 2 nights per week through mid-September.  Season starts late August/early September and ends in early November. Games previously were held on Saturday’s and some week nights.  We will cheer for week night games this season. Cheerleaders also participate in community events such as parades, community service projects, etc.  Midget League Cheerleaders cheer for the Front Royal Midget Football League Tackle Football program A, B and C Levels only.  We do not cheer for D level.

Please be aware that cheerleaders may be grouped by age level, just as our football teams are, if possible, this season.  This is determined based on numbers per age.


REGISTRATION FEE:  $55.00 cash, money order or credit card*
(NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED)

* You will be charged the 4% processing fee to pay by credit card.

NEW CHEERLEADERS (who did not cheer in 2016 with us) MUST SHOW BIRTH CERTIFICATE AT REGISTRATION


*A Uniform Rental Fee of $55.00 will be collected at Uniform Fitting. This deposit will be returned at the end of the season once the uniform has been returned and is free of damage. This eliminates the need for parents to purchase a new uniform each season.

*Additional expense of $50 for accessory package, which includes: team socks, think pink socks, briefs, team hair bow, think pink hair bow, think pink shirt and midriff is due at Uniform Fitting as well.

*Each cheerleader receives a medal and t-shirt at the end of the season!

Each squad practices 2 nights per week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.  Season starts mid-late August and ends in late October/early November. Games are typically Saturday mornings – mid-day. Cheerleaders also participate in community events such as parades, community service projects, etc.  Flag football cheerleaders cheer for the Warren County Parks & Recreation NFL Flag Football Program 5/6 and 7/8 year old football teams.  We do not cover the 9-11 year old football teams.
