Warren Memorial Hospital Achieves Another National Recognition
On July 8th, Warren Memorial Hospital (WMH) announced the latest in a series of recognitions it has achieved nationally in recent years. This one was cited by Becker’s Hospital Review as part of 100 hospitals named ‘Great Community Hospitals.’ The honor celebrates those hospitals as providing “accessible, affordable, high-quality care.”
Becker’s Hospital Review is recognized as a leading healthcare media platform. According to a press release from Becker’s, the hospitals on the list “prove that extraordinary care is not the exclusive domain of large academic medical centers or major metropolitan health systems.”

“The award measures outcomes, patient satisfaction, and specialty offerings,” the hospital’s Marketing and Communications Department said, adding, “In recent years, Warren Memorial Hospital has received several national recognitions for exceptional care. In 2024 and 2025, the hospital was named to the list of ‘Top 100 Rural and Community Hospitals’ in the country by the Chartis Center for Rural Health. In addition, WMH has been an accredited chest pain center recognized by the American College of Cardiology since 2012, reflecting the ability of the hospital’s physicians to rapidly diagnose and treat cardiac emergencies.”
“Being recognized as a ‘Great Community Hospital’ is a reflection of the extraordinary care our team provides every day and comes at a meaningful moment as we celebrate 75 years of service to the community,” said Jennifer Coello, vice president of operations at Warren Memorial Hospital. “During this time, our hospital has grown alongside the community, expanding services, embracing innovation, and advancing medicine. This recognition validates 75 years of continued achievement, a trend that we intend to continue for our community far into the future.”
