When Bloviating Turns to Boredom

Published

on

Make no mistake that pictures do say 1000 words, or maybe 10,000 in this case.  The boredom clearly kicked in with BOS Chair Butler and Rep. Cook during Mr. Jamieson’s library manifesto.

Perhaps members should regulate their time much like the U.S. House of Representatives, to 5 minutes during committee hearings.

Knowing when you are beat and accepting the outcome with humility is a true sign of leadership, not bloviating for a half hour.

Narcissism can be overcome, and emotional intelligence can be improved.

I recommend a visit to your local library to work on these important social functions.
