Torah Scrolls – a bit of information about the scroll. It is believed that it was probably evacuated from Yemen in 1949 as part of Operation Magic Carpet sometimes called On Wings of Eagles when the Americans and British helped transport Jewish refugees to Israel carrying their Torah’s with them. On display at Open House on November 17th.
