FRONT ROYAL – Raydian Properties, a leader in assisted living, is proud to announce the addition of the four Fox Trail Senior Living properties, all located in central Piedmont Virginia, to the company’s robust local portfolio.

These newly acquired Fox Trail Senior Living properties, formerly known as Amerisist, are located in Front Royal, Manassas, Orange, and Stephens City, Virginia and represent the finest in personalized care and professional services.

“At Raydian, our mission has always been to offer a better senior care experience with best-in-class amenities,” said Shawn Rose, SVP of Sales and Marketing of Raydian Properties. “The addition of Fox Trail continues this commitment to support, provide, and deliver on our promise of a family-centric community for individuals seeking a meaningful, joyful, and customized living situation.”

Raydian Properties’ vision is to enhance the lives of its residents. The company’s hundreds of staff members, known as Care Professionals, service 21 communities across five states, with plans to expand even further over the coming year. Beyond the award-winning assistance and facilities, the roots of Raydian rest on five core values – Humble, Unique, Meaningful, Appreciate, Normal – which represent the personal method and environmental approach offered to each individual resident to this day.

There has also been growing enthusiasm among the residents as the process has started. “I think Fox Trail Senior Living is GREAT! I am excited to see how everything will come together,” said one of the Fox Trail Senior Living of Manassas residents.

Each of the four Fox Trail Senior Living locations, now under the Raydian banner, offer both private and companion suites along with numerous customized floor plans all equipped with:

  • Carpet, furnishings, and cable TV
  • Bathrooms and walk-in showers
  • Integrated smoke detector, fire alarm, and sprinkler system
  • Wireless internet
  • And much more…
