On July 30, 2025, at approximately 12:30 p.m., officers with the Front Royal Police Department responded to the Blue Ridge Hospice Thrift Store located at 425 South Street for a report of a male subject recording inside a fitting room.
Upon arrival, officers located and detained the suspect inside the store. He was identified as 20-year-old Yahir Alan Duran, a resident of Front Royal. During questioning, Duran admitted to recording inside the fitting room, and officers seized his cell phone as evidence.
