Michelle C. Harrell (1958 – 2024)

Michelle C. Harrell, 65, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at Winchester Medical Center.

Michelle was born in Front Royal on February 18, 1958, to the late Rennie and Jessie Walthall Cooke.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, William D. Harrell; sister, Nancy Blauvelt; and brother, Rennie E. Cooke II.  She was a member of Front Royal United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly M. Price (Larry); special friend, Suzy Billhimer; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Tammy Sealock.
