Patricia Ann “Pat” Summerlin, 74, of Wardensville, West Virginia, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at Winchester Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home, 105 West Main Street, Front Royal, Virginia, with Pastor Keith Warren officiating. Burial will follow at Willis Chapel Cemetery, Huntly, Virginia.
Mrs. Summerlin was born on April 19, 1950, in Chester Gap, Virginia, to the late Daniel “Web” and Mathie Walters Cameron. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Webster Theodore Cameron and William Eugene Cameron, and two sisters, Madine Brinklow, and Virginia Kline. She attended Liberty Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Silas “Frank” Summerlin Jr.; daughter Hope Kirtley (Keith); son Silas “Frank” Summerlin III (Sheila); sister Darlene McGovern; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
Following the service will be a time for food and fellowship at Liberty Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
