WATCH: Comments to Board of Supervisors concerning new hospital

On March 26th, the public comments to the Town Council concerning the new hospital and their decision to eliminate the Labor & Delivery Department cause an outcry from the community. See related story.

Two speakers who did not appear before Town Council the previous night who set the tone Tuesday evening, March 27th, Matthiae and Doctor John William Kerns. Kerns opened the Public Concerns comments noting that as a 40-year resident of Warren County and a physician he was happy to see a new, modern hospital facility planned for the county, however…
