Conner Ryan Ruffner (1995 – 2025)

Conner Ryan Ruffner, 29, of Front Royal, Virginia, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at his home in Warren County.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 16, at 3:00 p.m. at Maddox Funeral Home, with Sammy Campbell officiating. The inurnment will be private.

Conner was born April 27, 1995, in Jacksonville, North Carolina, the son of Jennifer Ruffner of Front Royal and the late Chuck Ruffner.

He enjoyed helping his dad with the family landscaping business. His loving family and friends will greatly miss him.

Surviving, along with his mother, is his maternal grandmother, Barbara McWhinney of Front Royal; paternal grandmother, Kaye Ruffner Sealock; his girlfriend, Sarah VanGessel of Winchester; two daughters, Myah Rain Ruffner of Front Royal and Aaliyah S. Ruffner of Winchester; two step-sons, Roman and Gio; two brothers, Cody Allen Ruffner of Front Royal and Cole Patrick Ruffner (Mackenzie) of Front Royal; one aunt; several uncles; and numerous cousins.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, February 16, from 2 to 3 p.m.
