Taking a hike or nature walk everyday might not be an option for everyone. Good news! We can use wild animals that we commonly find right in our backyard to help with our mindful practice.

Have you noticed there seems to be an abundance of birds this spring? Take a minute to notice a bird, chipmunk or an insect. Use an open and curious mind, filling your heart with kindness and gratitude. See what happens!
