A Monday press release (September 17) from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office announced that charges related to the execution of the September 12 search warrant and consequent seizure of 30 dogs and cats from the home property of Brian and Wendy Tenney have been filed.

In addition to the six felony counts of Cruelty and Injuries to Children filed against both Tenneys on September 13, the couple now faces 16 counts of Cruelty to Animals and three counts of Inadequate Care of Animals.  Brian Tenney also faces one additional count of Livestock Running at Large.  That latter charge relates to the goats found in the road near the Tenney’s Gethsemane Mountain Ranch property off Limeton Church Road that began the series of events leading to the Tenney’s current legal situation.
