TIP: Visit Truss’D on Main Street, your Taste Buds will THANK YOU!

In just twelve days, Happy Creek Eatery (located at 117 E. Main Street in historic downtown Front Royal) transformed into Truss’D, a charming restaurant with similarly delectable offerings that include an extensive all-day brunch menu. Open every day except Wednesdays from 8am-4pm, chefs and co-owners Allan Brown and Katie Teague are thrilled to offer gluten free, vegan and unique house-made, creative options to downtown visitors. They specialize in American classics with an added twist and will cater to dietary restrictions of their guests. From omelets to french toast, from crepes to veggie hash, from chicken waffles to avocado toast, from BBQ chicken to burgers, from eggs Benedict to biscuits and gravy, and from “Cheesy Spud Cakes” to “Crack Cauliflower,” their unique menu speaks to even the pickiest cravings. An ideal spot for vegans or those seeking gluten free options, they also offer kid portions upon request. With every bite, you’ll taste the love and attention they’ve devoted to creating a memorable dining experience.

Don’t forget to include Truss’D in your Valentine’s Day plans. Book quickly before tickets sell out to enjoy their savory special dinner menu that includes scallops, fillet, figs and chocolate (details and full menu are available on Facebook under this event page). The evening will kick start their dinner offerings, and they’ll be sharing more information about what we can expect from the chef soon.

About WHAT MATTERS:

WHAT MATTERS is a 501(c)(3) that she started this year to enable people to have the benefit of a tax deduction for their donations through her fundraising matches.

Here is the Current Match Campaign for the children of Bunyade school project.

WHAT MATTERS has ZERO overhead as 100% of the expenses are funded by her real estate business (THANK YOU CLIENTS AND SUPPORTERS for making that possible!).  Every cent donated goes to the cause.

WHAT MATTERS is a 501(c)(3) that focuses on local and global outreach to help spread the word, support and raise funds for causes that matter. If you’d like to get involved, or travel to Africa with her on a future trip to work with the children of Light up Life Foundations, please visit www.whatmattersw2.com.
