A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
Ms. Hickerson was born on July 10, 1960, in Washington, DC, to the late William “Bill” Cerri and the late Rosemarie Girard Laing. She has been a hairdresser in the Shenandoah Valley area for over 30 years.
Survivors include her son, Zach Hickerson (Caitlin) of Winchester, Virginia; two daughters, Kora Hickerson-Agrazal (Jorge) of Strasburg, Virginia, and Barbie Zirkle (Jason) of Winchester; brother, Dean R. Cerri (Gail) of Covington, Georgia; former husband, Kenneth Edwin Hickerson of Strasburg; four granddaughters, Rheyonna Agrazal, Sarenna “Kiki” Agrazal, Brianna Smith and Sydney Atkins and four nieces, Judy Hickerson, Kate Sanborn, Natalie Cerri and Jill Cerri.
