Born on August 22, 1957, Mark was the son of Rachel Stacey Thompson and Harry Carl Kisner Sr. He was a man of kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family. He was also a proud member of the Front Royal Moose Lodge and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, where he formed many lasting friendships over the years. Above all, Mark cherished spending time with his family and friends, creating memories that will be treasured forever.

His greatest legacy is the love he shared with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral arrangements.
