Michelle was born on October 19, 1974, in LaPlata, Maryland, daughter of the late John Francis and Mary Adele Scott Moskal.
Surviving are her husband, Justin G. Kerns of Front Royal; her significant other, Toby Fincham of Front Royal; her brother, Teryl Moskal of Fort Washington, Maryland; her aunt and uncle, Patricia and Billy Blackburn, who were like her parents; and her aunt, Frances Hathaway.
