Front Royal Police seek public input on Monday vehicle crash

Front Royal Police are asking anyone witnessing a two-vehicle accident Monday (Feb. 4) afternoon just before 1 p.m. in the area of the Crooked Run Park & Ride to contact the police department.
A press release from the office of Chief Kahle Magalis states that officers arrived on scene to find two vehicles “involved in a side-impact collision.”
One vehicle was traveling north on Winchester Road (U.S. Route 340/522) and one vehicle was entering Winchester Road from the Crooked Run Park & Ride.
Officer Noland stated that the driver was the sole occupant in each vehicle; one driver was transported to Warren Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Anyone in the area at the time of the incident is encouraged to contact Officer J.D. Noland at 540-635-2111.
